We recommend this programme for couples, groups of friends and families, as it is an easy / moderate canyoning or in orther words barranquismo. It is also a therapeutic trek, as you are in the hands of a professional canyon guide who will lead the whole trek, guide the descent and teach you the best techniques.
What to know about El Rio Superior?
The upper section of the Barranco del Río, also commonly known as “Las Ñameras” due to the abundance of these plants in the vicinity of the riverbed. It is a humid ravine that goes deep into the laurel forest, reminiscent of a prehistoric forest. It is located in the Anaga Rural Park, in the municipality of La Laguna.
We will guide you through a beautiful and laurel environment. The valleys are so quiet you can hear the air breathing. It’s just you, you and the present. Get the real adventure!
Activity:
An ideal activity to progress with your abseiling technique and face new verticals in a jungle environment. There are 11 rapels in the activity.

Cancelation policy:
- You can cancel the tour free of charge 72 hours or more before departure.
After booking and paying the deposit, you will receive a voucher in English which you will be asked to show at the port.
